The Master's Thesis Sigfrid Karg-Elert: Passacaglia and Fugue on B-A-C-H, op.150 concentrates both on the composer's life and this specific composition. I then attempt to show the relationship between the composer's life and his work, dealing with his musical language and his various compositions.
